STEP 1:  Phone Consultation:  Complimentary
This 30-minute comprehensive phone session is where we will discuss your project needs.  I ask many questions about your challenges, goals, time and availability, as well as what budget you have in mind.  During this phone consultation, should you feel our services are the right fit for your organizing project(s), and you wish to hire Reclaim, we will proceed to set up an onsite assessment appointment.

STEP 2:  Initial Consultation: Complimentary
This 60-90 minute assessment is where we will take a thorough walk-through of your home/office/business and evaluate your space in detail.  Our time together allows us to better understand your lifestyle and organizational needs.  We will take photos and measurements of your areas and rooms as we define your goals for each space.  Reclaim will customize an organizational system tailored to you and your budget.

STEP 3:  Book Sessions:  Rates vary...Call today!
Should you agree to our services and wish to hire Reclaim Professional Organizing, we will proceed to set up your hands-on organizing sessions.  Here, you have 2 options:  (1) we provide side-by-side organizing help with you OR (2) if you have time constraints and cannot work along with us, we can work independently to implement the plan we created together.

Terms & Conditions:  
  • We accept checks, cash and credit cards (a processing fee may apply to some card transactions).  Gift Certificates available.
  • Session payments are due upon completion of project.  Some projects may require a holding deposit.  
  • Personal shopping services for recommended products or supplies are subject to additional fee.
  • Reclaim Professional Organizing, LLC will remove one car load of charitable items and rubbish accumulated from project supplies and product purchases.  Rubbish removal for clean out projects are subject to removal fees.
  • Travel fee may apply to any project outside service area.
  •  A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required, or client is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • We are not a licensed moving company.  Reclaim Professional Organizing can assist in organizing your move, and recommend licensed movers to load, transport and unload your possessions.
  • Reclaim Professional Organizing, LLC is fully insured and values education and professional development and adheres to NAPO® Code of Ethics.
